I have, yes the cast recording is very good! I actually prefer it when guys with a more theatrical voice play the role of Jesus. Hence why I loved Steve Balsamo & Ben Forster in the role so much! :)

I never got into Cats, Evita, Phantom… or any other ALW stuff – however I do like his Dies Irae record….
Haven’t heard it in ages though.

I love the 1973 film and I saw the UK arena tour in October, Ben Forster was an AMAZING Jesus!

Some of the visuals are good in the 73′ film but the music and voice of the original will always be tops for me.

Yes I do, that’s a good musical. I saw that on tour in about 2003/2004 :) JCS is my favourite ALW musical by miles though!
