Being myself a depressive adult, something of a dinosaur, sheep-like in my bourgeois conventionality, donkey-like in my often ritualistic behavior, and also a (would-be) poet, I can say that you’ve definitely nailed it. I can’t quite connect the dots however with the pity-helmets and Maxim, but it’s still early in the day and perhaps I’m not fully awake. I’d definitely give this a ‘like’, but I shun Facebook.
